Western Space

This painting was produced very quickly and has an ambiguity about it that evoke different feelings and thoughts.  The country of course was once inhabited by Aboriginal people and there is expression of recognition and empathy of that history. The white panels can represent the common landmark ‘ghost gum’ trees of the landscape.
